Panthers All-Star Team

I'd like to know what the All-Time All-Star players would be for the Panthers. Im sure this has been done before, but i cant seem to find it in the search history so cut me some slack lol.

i am depending on fans that have followed the team closely for its entire existence to do this. i started following the team during the Super Bowl season, and ive never really done alot of player research for the pre-2003 teams. So, i am not very knowledgeable about the team in its first 8 years or so. and even afterward, i didnt know names or even really understand the game all that well until 2007-8.

so without further adieu, lets come to a consensus about the greatest Panthers of all time at each position! try to take into account tenure, overall production, overall talent, and overall unforgettability haha. for positions that field multiple players, please choose what you think the greatest duo or trio would be. finally, i have many of our great linebackers listed because i dont know what positions they actually played. please help me with that. where there is a list, it is not in order of talent, but in order of who first came to my mind.

who would be your choices for WR3?

I'm afraid to say I don't think this list is very good. The first thing you can do to fix it is decide what your qualifiers are. Is you're going for legacy, then guys like Stephen Davis and Bead Hoover win out over more recent players. Additionally, there aren't many deserving 90s players on this list and they're edged off by guys who have no business being there. Like Na'il Diggs, really?

thats why i made this thread: for the education about past players. i thought Diggs was one the best linebackers we had, but thats my lack of knowledge talking. as for my qualifiers:

Until Cam makes a Super Bowl, Jake takes the all time spot.

Stephen Davis deserves a spot.

I started this a long time ago and update during the offseason. Our history is so short that it makes putting these lists together complicated and so you have to use judgement calls on what criteria to use. I mostly used stats and all-pro selections and ranked them in that order. Giving all-pros more weight.

Current players most likely to make it in the future: Kelvin Benjamin, Trai Turner, Kawaan Short, Star Lotulelei, Josh Norman.
