I noticed that. We need to remember that in the majority of the national medias mind the Panthers are a non topic, unless they have something negative to cover, and then it's  Panthers coverage is 24/7.

You can bet if Collins happens to choose Carolina there would be more than a fair share of the NFL pundits expounding on what a bad choice he made.

Pretty sure they underestimated the number of teams interested in a top 15 pick available as a UDFA(assuming he's cleared) by a factor of 8.

I was just saying, i find it funny that a lot of the people that are incensed by the idea that JR wouldn't consider Collins are some of the same people that had no problem with hiw he handled Hardy (whose case was appealed and then dropped).

This Vikings story lists the Vikings, PANTHERS, Ravens, Eagles, Colts, Bucs, Cardinals, Rams, and Lions as rumored potential landing spots. As meaningless as this is it's pretty freakin funny that it's void of the "hometown" team.

Here is the official policy according to NFL.com:

 

 

"Clubs are prohibited from visiting a player who was eligible for the 2015 Draft at his campus or residence if the player has withdrawn from school and final exams have yet to conclude at the school. This includes drafted players, any undrafted players that have signed as free agents, and any undrafted players that have yet to sign."

 

 

So, I guess that it is technically OK to meet with Collins after all (provided that it's not at his residence or on campus).
