You have to feel better about this roster compared to last year.

safety position needs some competition, harper shouldn't see the field and boston the jury is still out

would like to bring in another ot if we can't grab Collins,if he's innocent, maybe jake long if the price is right

wr position will be better if Dg is right, if not were slighty better with adding ginn, eager to see if philly gets better and if Hill actually gets a chance on the field

if Kony plays better we will be good on the d line with Johnson coming back healthy, I'm no sold on Shaq, felt a cover safety would have benefit our d more but i'm eager to be proven wrong

stew needs to stay healthy period, we don't have a veteran rb to come in and carry the load if he get's injured

biggest improvement regardless is a healthy cam, we go as far as he takes us

You thought that was a good offensive performance by us?

The homer levels in here are insane

Don't like us being homers in here? Then gtfo

It's a Panthers board and if we want to shout about how great the team is, we're gonna do it

We don't need to be "fair" or "reasonable" in here leave that to the sportswriters

You should see how apesh!t the Falcons are going on their board about their new coach, free agents, and draft. Hell we don't stand a chance might as well crown them now according to the homers on there.

If you like sh!tting on people's happy, go over there and tell them they need to be more realistic and fair. They need it a helluva lot more than we do. Or maybe you'll fit right in since they love bashing the Panties there, too.

You can't be serious? Did you watch that cardinals game?

That game was a joke our offense only produced cause the opposing offense was god awful and couldn't stay on the field.

You think 188 passing yards is good in today's NFL? LMAO

Good lord your living in the 60s.

Our passing game was so bad that game we had to run on it 3rd downs

Maybe a dictionary would help, since the phrase 'one-dimensional' seems a tad beyond you.

When a team has 188 yards in one phase of the game and 198 in the other, calling them one-dimensional makes you look pretty silly.

How did you get from poo-talking Kalil to poo-talking the whole offence in the playoffs? Seattle and the Cardinals were #1 and #5 defences last year according to Points per game, they were designed to make teams struggle and they were both the only real tests our new look Oline had faced up front since week 8.

I honestly don't understand what point your trying to get across now, beyond trying to be a voice of caution but with very little actual football knowledge.

My point is that our o-line played like trash the majority of the season and Khalil was part of that line. And when we did get better our line still struggled when forced into passing situations. John Lynch said it best this team isn't built to come from behind, cause our o-line can't protect when the opposing D knows we are going to pass.

Waaah your done crying baby?

Wtf are you doing at another teams forum? Who cares what falcons fans have to say and how delusional they are.

Your going to cry cause a 7 win team isn't as talented you believe? Let me lie to you for I won't hurt your feelings

We are going 19-0 and winning the SB, we have the most talented rosters in the NFL

And I'm telling you that this is just statistically and subjectively wrong. We were historically poor for the first half of the season, the Philly game was as poor an Oline performance as I've ever seen this team put up. But after introducing Norwell and Remmers and getting Turner back from injury against the Vikings, we were MUCH better in both pass and run protection. Norwell and Turner gave up 1 sack and 4 hits between them all season, Remmers hadn't given up a sack or hit up until the Seattle game. Together that new line supported the run game in getting an average of 190 yards per game. Pre Minnesota? we averaged 90 rushing yards per game.

Kalil was not the problem and its just ridiculous to paint the guy that was a year away from a pro bowl and top 100 NFL players appearance as part of the problem when he was surrounded by a rookie, Byron Bell, Nate Chandler and Amini Silatolu. Don't forget that during that period our line was also in flux due to injuries and the only constant trying to keep it all together was our 2 time all pro and 4 time pro-bowl captain.

    • Hope Koch recovers (he’s stated numerous times he doesn’t like to be called “koochie”) soon. But he does not instill confidence in the crease. I don’t have any confidence in any of our goalies, healthy or not. Andersen when available gives us the best chance to win but he’s never available.    Team has to explore trade options soon.
    • Respectfully, I completely disagree. Last year we were:  32nd in Sacks. 32nd in Turnovers.  32nd in Rushing TDs allowed  29th in Scoring.  We were absolutely atrocious on defense last year and that was with a full stable of weapons in Derek Brown, Frankie Luvu and Brian Burns that played all 17 games.  Using yards per game as a metric to guage our success lacks the context that because our offense was so inept teams were not driving the length of the field, they were starting at their 40-50 yard line.  This year, our Defense ranks:  31st in Sacks. Tied for 19th in Turnovers  31st in Rushing TDs allowed 32nd in Scoring  His defense fails to get pressure, fails to turn the ball over and fails to stop the run. Three things you absolutely have to do to be successful in the NFL.  Denver meanwhile has not missed a beat without him.  If another team wants to hire him as a HC and the Panthers get two 3rds for it I'll wish him the best and pack his bags myself.
