Poster was claiming, he felt DG was more talky this year vs last year. And I saw no difference in Gettleman's actions with the media.

Like Gettleman said: "The most dangerous thing you can do in the draft is say 'he'll be there in the next round'."

 

Better a round too soon than a round too late.  Especially since they felt that strongly on the guy, so much so that they used one of their 30 visits on him.

I mean, what was he to do? Mayo had to have been the best player on our board, given that we had 0 need for another linebacker, and you can't trade a comp. pick. Seems like taking him was the only option.
