Let's take a look at how the "draft experts" graded our draft last year

We all agree last year's draft was fantastic right? Did the experts last year say that at the time?

It's almost like nobody knows anything. I didn't bother listing some of the lesser known sites that gave us D+s and Cs. Why do we pay attention to these instant grades again?

The 5 guys we drafted last year that weren't stolen by the Patriots are all going to start this season. That's the definition of an A draft, everyone was a huge contributor their rookie year already.

Assuming they all at least maintain their performance, that's a "graduated high school at 16" draft. Graduated college if they all significantly improve.

http://www.usatoday.com/story/sports/nfl/draft/2015/05/02/first-impressions-rankings-jets-leonard-williams-jaguars-vikings-trae-waynes/26793997/has the Panthers listed dead last, #32, in terms of our draft.

In other words, a total load of poo.

First impression: Maybe the second impression will be better

32. Carolina Panthers: After some wheeling and dealing, they ultimately ended up with just five selections. And they might have made major reaches with the first two — Shaq Thompson, whose position was a matter of debate leading up to the draft, and fellow 'tweener Devin Funchess, who might be a wideout or tight end but could also be severely limited in either role.

Sad thing is... Yahoo no longer have draft analysts, they just copy whatever rotoworld analyst says... Rotoworld analyst gave us C+ because he don't like players we picked but admits he might not be good at evaluating players... At least he's honest.

That's what he said on our draft.

"Admittedly, I didn't love some of the players Gettleman selected before the draft. So that colors my evaluation of Carolina's 2015 class. I do believe needs were addressed and am aware that my own player evaluations can be imprecise."
