Oh, and I completely forgot about Kenny bell. I listened to an interview with him about a month or two ago on series, and I came away extremely impressed.

I think they're done. Funchess is quicker than people think, Hill is essentially a draft pick, Ginn/Philly have speed, and Boykin plays ST and can catch some passes if needed. The team may snag a free agent or three, but they already have a few of those type of players on the rosters and everyone other than KB, Funchess, probably Ginn, and possibly Philly will be duking it out for the remaining roster spots.
