La'el Collins Agent: Draft Him Now Or He Won't Sign

Recommended Posts

Your client is in trouble, then you completely bury him.

Time to fire your agent and look potential GMs in the eye.

He wouldn't have been picked regardless of what the agent said. And very likely won't be picked tomorrow, also regardless of the agent's comments.

Now nobody will touch him because of what his agent said. You can't go back into a draft if you're undrafted right? You'll just be an UDFA.

I've seen differing statements on that.  Haven't bothered to look the rules up myself, so I don't know.

Maybe.  Maybe not.  Regardless, it was still a really stupid move.

Its also significant that a $405k guaranteed contract is more than an average American will make in almost 6 years making $75,000 a year. Sure 6 mill is alot different than 405k and he has a window to make this money, but he literally has no power in this situation

$75k is well above average.
