I have a sore Achilles

Over 2 weeks ago while playing basketball I felt my Achilles tighten up, instantly thought of kemo, and just sat down. Not wanting it to pop.

I continued to play on it, it was not that bad and have been playing ball since.

It it still sore to this day, but is slowly getting stronger.
