We're staying here for the week on the realtor as we decide whether or not to buy. Like the house, not fond of the location, but it is headed into foreclosure and the realtor wants to get us in first if we like it.

It was Surf City... and we decided not to buy after the 2 houses next to this one were broken into a couple nights before we left.

 

They came in from the beach side, found a couple unlocked windows and took a couple flat screens from each house, went back out to the beach and walked about a half mile to the nearest public access parking lot and drove off. Wasn't hard to follow the footprints after high tide...
