Can't see them taking kendricks at #25 at all. Just can't see it and I loved the Kuechly pick when it happened.

I think the Kuechly pick came at a different time for the franchise. The front office/staff probably knew they couldn't count on Beason OR Davis given their injury history. No such qualms about Kuechly and Davis has proven he can stay on the field for the past 2 seasons now. Just can't see using a valuable first round pick on a guy that would play Will in a defense that plays out of the nickel 70-80% of the time.

I don't necessarily think he will be the pick but I agree with the sentiment that G won't reach. I do think that it's shaping up similar to last year where a wr or OT will be at 25 that isn't a reach.

The other thing that is overlooked is that the draft does not end at pick 25. We really give too much credence and emotion to the 1st round pick. I think what we do with the other 8 picks are extremely important to our long term success. I am spoiled and want another Kony, Bene, Trai and Tre in this draft. Not banking on it but that's what I want to see.
