You weren't just randomly stating that charges weren't filed. You said that in rebuttal to me calling him a woman beater. You were implying that I was falsely accusing him.

Twist it however you like.

.

You stated he was a woman beater.  Your proof is an article.  Hardy's proof is in the pudding (charged).  Mayweather's proof is also in the pudding and he went to trial for one of his several assaults on a female.  While DGB isn't given the benefit of a doubt, and was never charged.  Three different situations.

I've never clamored for one player on here. What in the Hell shows Justin Hardy for instance, having a better career than DGB? Besides the fact he racked up a poo ton of yards in a pass happy offense, in a conference in college football that nobody takes serious. Well besides ECU fans of course. Which besides the state of NC, nobody cares about.

Lol your tar heels might want to consider taking ECU seriously at some point.

The article not only talks about the incident, but about attempts to intimidate the witness, which would make this even worse.

Does this not matter? Or is that kind of behavior no big deal as long as you can play football?

Oh it matters, but he was never charged.  Which again, was my original point.  If you aren't charged, you aren't guilty.

Legally, no. But that doesn't mean it never happened. And if the story happened as they said, it tells me enough about this guy to know I don't want him anywhere near my football team.

Well, I believe in the justice system.  Until the man is guilty, or charged.  Then he is free, Goodell will continue to look like an ass suspending players when half aren't guilty of anything.  Especially stating the NFL is now above the law.  Which is downright moronic.
