I realize this is not a majority opinion from SR, but I thought it was funny that any Saints fan could actually believe this.

I think the Kool Aid is wearing off the Taint fan base. The organization as a whole is crumbling starting from Benson down. Their FO has shopped anyone they can and even has their beloved Breesus up in arms. Winning the division in an unprecedented two years in a row shows that Gettleman's Panthers are for real

Thats why I siad I realize its  not the "majority opinion" of the SR posters, but just thought it was funny that even one Saints fan could actuallly believe that sentiment, given the history between the Panthers and Saints.

Not to mention there is kind of a lull in NFL news until the draft. I guess maybe Im a little bored.

If there was one team in the entire NFL that seemed to clean house in the off-season it was the Saints.  And the rumors of dealing Brees still linger (although it won't happen).  I think the stigma has started to wear off (if not completely) and I wouldn't be surprised if they finished dead last in the division.  But stranger things have happened and they could go 13-3, win the division and the Super Bowl.

Love how several of them say they lose us because they play down to competition. Saints have been the most overrated team in the NFL for 3 years now.

The only thing is that chain of replies that pissed me off is the guy claiming Louisiana has better BBQ than Carolina.
