Why isn't CMPD or the prosecution getting any flack??

They didn't arrest a guy he beat a woman threaten her life and had automatic weapons out in his apartment until 10 hours later??

The prosecution had these pictures and tape of her testimony but couldn't go thru with a trial? ?

I believe hardy didn't straight up beat the poo out of this girl but he did something and he got payed a crap ton of money to not play. You need to focus your anger on why hardy was even associated with this woman. Do you see cam or luke being around this type of lady? The answer is no because they're not fuging idiots. He's not a panther anymore and I could give a crap less how many games he is suspended because it no longer means anything to me. Rice knocked out his fiancé, ap beat the poo out his small child and greg hardy assaulted a coked out crazy woman. You can argue the semantics or degree in which punishment should have been dished out but it doesn't matter at all. All three are wrong for what they did and all three are still rich.

Still doesn't invalidate the fact that not all cases are equal, and in this society some people are punished more severely, for whatever reasons, for crimes that are not as bad or equal to others who get a damn near slap on the hand.

As for not caring about how many games that Hardy gets, that's fine. Me, I'd much rather get a third round pick that I feel that the organization absolutely deserves, but for hypocrisy and inequality in which the way that league rules were applied, rules that had much more to do with the sociopolitical climate than morality.

It's nearly impossible to win a case when the defendant pays off the victim, who is your only witness, and you cannot find her.

But if the pics are that bad (to get a 10 game suspension) and you have her testimony on tape you can still carry thru with the case.. Or you saying that her crying and how she acted in the courtroom was the strongest evidence they had.. That doesn't make sense because Goodell gave 10 game without talking to her at all..

And that still doesn't explain why CMPD didn't see enough injuries to make a arrest on the scene or at least investigate the fact he had 10 loaded weapons out in his apt..

We lose $13 million last season awaiting the trial. The year when he has his mistrial, he gets signed by the Cowboys, and suspended for 10 games, costing them nothing. We lose out on a compensatory pick. The first game back is against us on Thanksgiving. Ray Rice drug his wife's unconscious body on video through a hallway. 2 game suspension. I'm not sure I'm following...

The NFL is incompetent and hypocritical. The way all these cases have been handled is a joke. It's embarrassing.

However;

Hardy, Peterson, & Rice are extremely wealthy & privileged individuals. They were blessed with a life that 99.9% of people on this planet will never come close to having. And they all brought this upon themselves by commiting acts that are incredibly despicable and inexcusable. They are shítty human beings. They did this to themselves.

I don't feel a bit sorry for any of them, regardless of how inept the NFL has been in handling everything. Anyone upset over the "punishment" these men have gotten is a loser.
