I'm telling you not to be shocked if the Panthers grab him in the second round.

Benjamin, Funchess, Olsen...

That's a whole lot of red zone threat.

Where did we struggle as an offense again?

Ah yes, the redzone.

Once again you sir, are the tits.

We now have our twin towers.  The thing is that Funchess can go outside as well as line up at tight end in a 2 tight end set.  He has speed which is an automatic mismatch for a number 2 corner let along a safety or linebacker. I obviously was much higher on him compared to many here.  Gettleman seems to go for size and speed and figures the coaching staff can teach the players what they need to know. He also likes tough guys who play physical.  Seems Gettleman is going for the hybrid type of guy who can play more than one position so far in the draft.  Athleticism over skill, size and speed over technique which can be taught.

Which reminds me... no one mentioned me playing Rack City when Jessie took the microphone on the podcast.

I thought it was clever.

I was actually watching the draft with riot and upstate.

I do wish I could have joined in the podcast.

Maybe he is not as accurate because the guys are smothered off the line, are slow, and can't get open. The deep balls later in the season to Philly Brown looked pretty good. Couple that with the fact that Cam's timing and mechanics were off since the Cinci game.... probably has to do with our Oline looking like:

And I'm not posting this to say that Cam is super accurate and it's all the Olines fault, I'm just saying running for your life consistently has to throw off your mechanics.

He probably could have had Olsen for a TD
