I have been brewing my own beer for 1 year now.

I am currently doing a bourbon barrel stout.

I set up a keg in my basement...I don't miss the bottling. At all!

Damn a barrel aged beer is pretty ambitious for a home brewer.

I'd really like to know how that turns out.

I typically keg my beer, however I am bottling this one.

If I can make a game this year, I will bring a bunch for the tailgate.

Last time I brought hotsauce to the tailgate. I think it was so hot Johnny Rockets cried, but I can't confirm this...

I've been at it almost four years now. Ive been kegging almost two. Bottles do suck.

Ive done barrel aged twice. Its really pretty easy Montsta. You just crack open the bucket/carboy and throw in some barrel chips that you buy at the homebrew shop.

Im currently waiting on a Sierra Nevada pale ale clone to be ready. One more week until i force carb it.
