there are other supplements you can take that are legal that will give you that bulk.

these guys take all kinds of legal stuff

Bulking is the easiest thing to do. No need for supplements. We are talking about pure muscle. Nothing will give you that much muscle mass in 6 months without the juice.

Except Jeremy has said that Corey looked around 190 by season's end. Meaning he may have only needed to add 10-15 lbs of muscle mass to be around 200.

A clean bulk coupled with an NFL caliber training regimen would absolutely make that possible in 6 months. He probably eats ~400-600 calories more than his maintenance intake a day and loads up on lean meats and whey. Lifting heavy, eating clean, and 10-15 pounds of muscle within 6 months is actually pretty likely for a young pro athlete that has some of the best trainers and nutritionists in the world.

When I was fighting I had to jump weight all

the time and it's easy to gain 10-15lbs of muscle in 6 months. I would fight at 147 then jump up to 160 a month later, then back down and up to 175 a few months later. That's a little exaggerated though since I was probably naturally 165ish and for the 147 I'd probably fight at 155 after the weigh in.

I can see 10pounds muscle in 6 months with crazy training.

That's less than 2lbs a month. If he's eating clean and eating a few hundred calories over his maintenance daily while lifting heavy that should be very doable especially for an NFL athlete.

Yeah it is.

You can tell from the responses people who've ever tried to lift weights.

Was that in high school?
