i saw this earlier and knew that someone was going to start a thread and there would be a little panic.

chandler was the first to tweet about this and he said that they would still remain as part of the ownership group.

don't worry. it isn't all that big of a deal at the moment.

jerry is getting old and may feel it is just time to pass ownership on to his sons. resigning as presidents make sense from that perspective.

No - I think it's a huge deal. I don't know Jon but I know Mark and it always worried me that he might be owner. Remember that we lost Polian because Mark became president. Big mistake. But that's definitely huge news.

There have been two cases recently where this issue came about. In Jack Kent Cooke's case with the Redskins it went very badly. I think the Rooneys in Pittsburgh set themselves up for the transition much better.
