I just got the rape charges filed against me dropped (which were completely false), so I guess I am still a little bitter about it, but she kind of comes off as a lying *****.

Believe it or not, famous / rich / good looking people actually do commit crimes too, including rape.  And despite what you may have seen in music videos, not every woman out there is willing to shed their panties at the drop of a hat just because a guy is rich and famous.

You implied that this was evidence against them doing it, which is utterly incorrect and frankly pretty dumb.

It doesn't work that way. The judge and jury will still have to go through the evidence. The Title 9 hearing needed the least level of proof to find him responsible but was clear. The civil suit will follow the same result.

 

Two witnesses saw her on her knees giving him blowjob and the hospital also confirm the only bruise on her body was from standing on her knee. I think she's hoping Winston settles, that's why she did it just before draft. She wants him to fear his draft status will be affected. She's gonna get humiliated in court and make real rape victims look bad.

 

 

This is what I mean when I say that at every turn, Winston, Casher, and Darby (in addition to her own friends) story is supported by the evidence and hers is not. Casher and/or Darby testified that Erica was in Winston's room, on her knees, in a very compromising position. 

 

What do you know! The only bruises/redding on her entire body is her elbows and knees consistent with their story. No where in the Nurses report does it show that she had other bruising consistent with a violent sexual assault. 

 

She is the only one whose recollection of events is not consistent with everyone else's. 

 

She is also the only one whose recollection of events is unsupported by actual physical evidence.
