It can certainly be debated but think what Smitty would've done if he had Montana and Young throwing to him for most of his career. The only thing I see with Rice that no other player can match is his longevity.

Scouting report on Stevonne Smith was a 4.35 40, great route running, great hands, and could return kicks.  Not ideal size, but the thought was he could develop into a Santana Moss type of receiver.
