I think some talking heads forget that 35 TD'S 4,700 yards 4,000 passing yards and a top 5 offense... All lead by a rookie in a lockout off-season hadn't never happened before. .

I don't know why these talking heads can't differentiate runners. Cam had 14 Tds on the ground his rookie year by jumping over defensive lineman and juking dbs out of their shoes. That's absurd. Does Mariota run like that?

People said the same thing about Cam coming out, and kept saying how he's never taken a snap under center, and how its a one read and run offense.

Cam broke that mold, which is why people are saying Mariota can succeed. Mariota and Cam have similarities, and a lot of them are from their college careers. Dont knock him for the same things people knocked our QB for.

I'd say no, but I do think he could have a decent first season. If he's drafted by the bucs, he could have some success because he'd have v-jax and mike Evans as solid weapons to throw to. Their o-line would be the biggest obstical for him.

Cam's rookie season was otherworldly. Only reason we went 6-10 is because the defense was terrible.
