Am I the only one who takes advantage of this opportunity?

As long as you are productive and exceeding goals of course.

EDIT: This was also an opportunity to take a picture of my doggy (Jake) with the Huddle coozy.  Gotta love The Lounge. Main purpose of thread.

I tried it, but even going to my old office over the garage did not do away with distractions.  Dogs, chores, great outdoors, everything took time away from phones (where I'm productive).

Now I have an office 1/2 mile from house with all my "stuff" in it and the added benefit of peace and quiet.  May go back to the home office one day but happy to have my space.

i could never work from home. i can't even write papers at home. everything has its place of productivity for me, and home is not the place i produce things. home is where i get on the huddle and poop and eat and watch netflix, not where i do useful things.

I am right now.  I do it 2-3 times a week.  Mostly, traffic is lame and would take up 2 hours of my day so that's pointless.   I don't have many distractions so I find I work harder at home and get more done, in shorts and t-shirt mind you.

Companies need to get on board with this more, there is tons of benefits and hardly any drawbacks.
