Made me look up "erosion".  Googled that poo.

I especially like the part of Soil Creep.  It explains the difference between Bell's hands and feet.

He'd be fine as a backup somewhere.

Let me see if I've got it right: you DON'T want your backup to have the ability to lay a hand on a pass rusher?

 

Or are you saying that Bell is just fine as long as he's on the bench and not in the game?  If that's the case, why are you paying him a salary?

Because he would be better than the backup he is replacing. He's bad but there are a lot of terrible tackles filling out the bottom of NFL rosters.
