I agree that Gettleman has done a solid job of giving us guys who can start up and down the line. Some are backup and others are older vets on 1 or 2 year deals but each one counts. Best of all the guaranteed money is low so if they don't make the team, you haven't really given up much. It really allows us to even have a BPA discussion about a guy like Goldman. In years past we would be lucky to have all our picks and would giving away more of the future in order to move up in the draft to reach for a player we fell in love with.

I have to say I feel pretty optimistic about our future. Especially since we have a franchise quarterback who keeps getting better. Now a few more weapons and some upgrades on defense and we could three peat in the south.
