Was hoping for a Nats victory for selfish reasons.......

I work in and around DC and was going to be able to attend a couple games next week.

Now.....not so much.

Also.....not looking forward to games finishing at 1:30-2am

Whether in Chicago or Los Angeles all games are starting at 8 Eastern so unless they go 15 innings you won't see any 1:00AM finishes.

And since the games are in LA, maybe I can get another Playoff towel.

I never thought I'd see my favorite team go to the series.  It hasn't clicked yet.  I love this team, it's special, and I knew it from the first week of the season.  You could just tell.  

Kyle pitched an absolute gem, guy has no emotion and ice in his veins, like all year.  The most exciting thing is, these guys are going to be around for a while.

And also, Schwarber is probably coming up to play DH!  He got pulled off DL today and played a game in fall league.

Hell of a final game! Way to go Cubs getting that curse off your backs after 108 long years. They are once again champions ^_^! I'm not even that much of a baseball fan and this game had me on edge cheering for the Cubs all the way until the end!
