Moving on from Manziel?

The funny part is out of all the 1st round combinations of Bridgewater/Carr and Beckham/Evans/Benjamin/Cooks they could've had they pick two guys who both look like bust and have been called out by teammates for being immature. This type of stuff could only happen to the Browns

1. No it couldn't because I'm not advocating whether Johnny is good or bad. Simply that he hasn't even had the time to show everyone what he or what he is going to develop into. Learn to read and comprehend.

2. Being a fan of anything doesn't grant you some special knowledge. By reading your posts I can clearly tell you don't even understand the game.

3. There is literally no way you know what is in his heart. You can't read minds or see into the future. Stop that.

4. Russell Wilson, drew brees, Doug flute

5. I am right, you are definitely not a scout. I am also right that you are just a dude on a message board

6. I love when people think so highly of themselves that they truly believe their shitty opinions are undeniable facts.

1. One needs to look no further than Johnny's college career, and how he carries himself.

2. You obviously don't know what you're talking about, no surprise there.

3. There is a very easy way to read people, and their body language.

If football was in his yeart like you are trying to argue, he would have been carrying himself very different since before he was drafted.

4. All players with heart, and more Talent than Manziel.

5. I love an asshole that has to say he's right about something. Almost like you're trying to hear yourself talk.

6. I'm just a humble believer in Jesus Christ, and as an American, has just as much right to my opinion, as you do.

You only claim it shitty cause you disagree with it.

Keep beating your chest. It's cute.

Has he considered a position change to backup punter perhaps?

His future was never as a productive NFL QB. You cannot commit to an under 6ft drunk who has no interest in being anything more than just a dude that makes his fratbrothers scream in amazement following through on a dare.

Maybe another line in the men's room will get him fired up.

I used to work with a guy who told girls he met in bars that he was the backup punter for the Panthers.

Given that he was about 4'10, I'm not sure how many believed him.

Jesus Christ this post just gave me aids.

Probably the worst argument I've read on this site and that's really saying something.

Spending a first round pick on an undersized QB from a gimmick offense is a serious reach, but as much as I doubt Manziel will become a good QB, you simply cannot call him a bust yet.

He has a strong enough arm. He shows good accuracy and an ability to throw on the move. There is no doubt he is a good athlete. He is intelligent. He is short, but there are QB's his size who have succeeded. If he sobers up and starts taking the game seriously, there is no doubt he could stick in the league and possibly even become a good player. I doubt it will happen, frankly, but it is possible. As damning as the leaked Patriot scouting report was, anyone who doubts Manziel has ANY chance to succeed should read it. The kid has talent.

Rotoworld, citing Chris Mortensen and Peter King...

While I'm clearly not at all a fan of Manziel, I still have to question moving on from any young quarterback this quickly.

Of course, this is the Browns we're talking about.

Since "Deflategate" news began coming out from Mortenson, and then directly from his supposed sources, I don't believe a thing he says. Nothing but speculation and lacks any substance.
