Moving on from Manziel?

That dude must have suck really bad in practice too. He didn't even start 2 full games in the league. How the hell an organization screw on a 1st round pick that bad. Meanwhile Bridgewater was seating there at waiting to be picked.

Had they taken Bridgewater, right now they would be loading up on WRs and ready to compete. Who screwed up? was it the owner or GM? Bridgewater's name was on their card to be picked but was crossed out at the last minute. What a screw up!

Apparently it was some homeless dude's fault.

No Joke, The owner of their franchise was told by a homeless person to draft Johnny Football...

Could you imagine if Gettleman listened to what PanthersUnited or GoobyPls said? We'd be the browns.

Which raises the question "Is the 12th pick high enough to get Mariota?"

Even if it isn't, it's a whole lot easier to trade up from 12 than it is from 20.

Throw in that with Chip Kelly's ego, he might believe he can make something out of Manziel.

Going by the draft value chart which despite being 20 years old and outdated does still seem to be considered by teams when trading draft picks then picks 12 and 20 packaged together is enough to get to pick 3 or 4. Picks 19 and 20 should get them to #6. So assuming the Titans don't take Mariota then they should definitely have the picks to go get Mariota without mortgaging the future if they can get a 1st from the Browns for Bradford. I highly doubt they can get #12 from the Browns but getting #19 shouldn't be too much trouble and at that point it's a matter of seeing how willing Oakland, Washington and NYJ are to move back.

Yes, The Golden Calf of Bristol was a much better draft pick as it stands now than Manziel. A case could be made that Jamarcus Russell was a better pick at this point as well.

I feel bad for Cleveland on this. Talk about a snakebit organization. Their #1 draft picks since restarting the team have included these QB duds: Tim Couch, Brady Quinn, Brandon Weedon and Johnny Manziel. It makes you wonder if they shouldn't just erase the QB position from their team and line up in the Wildcat from here on out.

You can add in Charlie Frye, Colt McCoy, Luke McCown, and Spergon Wynn as other non-first round draft picks at QB for the team. You'd think they'd hit on one pick out of all of these. Luke McCown is the star out of the bunch, and that's really stretching the term "star."

Like I said, that's so horrible that you can't help but feel bad for the fans there.

this post of yours, could easily be about you, too.

Thanks though.

Being a fan of the NFL for almost 40 years, earns a bit of experience and wisedom.

Football is not in Johnny's heart.

To him, it has always been about the money.

Plus his size strongly suggests that he'd never complete an NFL season healthy.

Now, you could be right, cause i am not a scout.

Although I'll bet you I'll be more right about this than you ever will be.

1. No it couldn't because I'm not advocating whether Johnny is good or bad. Simply that he hasn't even had the time to show everyone what he or what he is going to develop into. Learn to read and comprehend.

2. Being a fan of anything doesn't grant you some special knowledge. By reading your posts I can clearly tell you don't even understand the game.

3. There is literally no way you know what is in his heart. You can't read minds or see into the future. Stop that.

4. Russell Wilson, drew brees, Doug flute

5. I am right, you are definitely not a scout. I am also right that you are just a dude on a message board

6. I love when people think so highly of themselves that they truly believe their shitty opinions are undeniable facts.

That's how bad he stinks. They won't even give him a chance to play a 3rd.

Didn't I specifically tell you that was Manziel's future.

No that's how bad the organization is. Which is proven by the laundry list of other qbs they've had in the last 15 years which have went on to do nothing.
