Moving on from Manziel?

Mr. Scot

Nothing about his Game in college said he would be successful in the NFL...  Which is why everyone that picked before the browns knew not to touch him. He didn't make reads, his Highlight plays were all broken plays that he just ran around in the backfield and threw up for Mike Evans to bail him out. There was no structure to his play. It was backyard football at it's simplest. He found out quickly that he can't get away with it in the NFL.

Couple that with his off-field issues and reputation and you have "bust" written all over it. He was drafted to sell tickets and to get ESPN talking about the Browns. I don't see him doing anything relevant in the NFL.

There's a reason that the Patriots had him on their do not draft list.

People complain about Cams foot mechanics on throws, check out Manziels it's the worst I ever seen! Half his throws are thrown flat footed straight up falling backwards. The guys he out ran in college don't exist in the NFL and he was exposed immediately. You only needed two games to see it, open your eyes and don't let the college Johnny infatuation cloud your judgement. Can he ever develop into a NFL QB with mechanics, decision making and a pension for staying healthy at his size? Doubtful, but a good start would be to stop partying, start studying, and take a year at IMG or some poo and really try to become a QB not just a guy that was elusive in college and could throw it up to Mike Evans with ease against college talent.

Rumor: Browns trying to trade Johnny to Philly

They want Bradford.

"[The Browns] have not been willing to give up a 1st rounder to get the deal done. The Browns started negotiations by offering their 3rd round pick along with Manziel, and recently budged to include their 2nd round pick (#43 overall) but are not willing to go into the 1st round unless the Eagles offer more in return than just Bradford."
