Favorite Thing in Star Wars Expanded Universe

I wasted so much time about a month ago when the updated X-Wing PC game was released for newer PCs.

 

 

 

Getting behind the engines and blowing capital ships up FTW.

I got it but I could not get my joystick rotate function to work correctly so I was always in a terrible orientation or distracted by trying to use the keys to rotate.

 

I could only get the DOS version to work, the Win95 version would never load correctly on my computer.....

My fav book was 'Dark Lord: The Rise of Darth Vader', which is technically a prequel book, so I'm not sure how they're dealing with that stuff... like that and the Darth Bane novels...

Never really got into the games, but I read all the books.

Darth Bane novels were my first and favorite, they got me into reading more star wars books and subsequently more of the EU.

Games were also fun and had some good EU in them. Posted it in another thread but Star wars galaxies and Knights of the old republic were my two favorite games and with kotor adding a lot to the EU. Still hoping for KOTOR 3 and not a mmorpg that turned into f2p micro transaction money machine. But if the movies deliver, I think (well hope) they will go back to that idea of KOTOR 3.
