if he doesn't join a Panther squad primed to make a true run towards a legitimate chance at having a trip to the super bowl, in exchange for a team that has little to no chance to even win their own division...he's not Panther material in the first place.

That's the truth about it. I want winners here that have a winners mentality. If he doesn't have the confidence to be a playmaker and difference

maker for a division leader, he doesn't belong here.
