No one is really breathing down his neck to do anything major about it either. They aren't gonna call for his resignation if the punishment for crowd noise isn't severe enough.

The pumped in noise was very blatant, they didn't even really try to hide it. With Arthur Blank constantly on the sidelines there is NO WAY he didn't know what was going on.

Anytime a competitive advantage is gained or attempted to be gained. I assume the front office and coaching staff is involved. Those owners and coaches walk the same sidelines as Igo and everyone can see the speakers. I don't think technicalities like that should affect the severity of the punishment.
