My main question is, why did a crummy team like the Jacksonville Jaguars not re-sign a promising young RB like this?  Near the end of the season he was their top RB.  He showed speed and power and looked good.  Not his fault the team was always behind and could never run the ball....

 

Google how many FA have resigned under Caldwell....

At first I was thinking that Todman at 5' 10", 198 lbs would be competing with Fozzy for the scatback role, but after watching that I am confident he can be a legit #2 RB.

Seems Like a good versatile player that will make the team on his special teams play alone, and provide quality depth.
