Panthers Win Super Bowl IF?

We could realistically be in the Super Bowl if we simply have a home run draft. Solid starting WR in the first, solid starting LT in the second, and quality DBs and pass rushers throughout the rest. That's all holes filled and nothing else holding us back except Mike Shula.

It could happen but a few major things would have to happen:

1. Cam stays healthy and doesn't force passes as much as he usually does (mainly due to poor O-Line play)

2. Ginn or a drafted WR is able to be a legit #2 and take pressure off Olsen and Benjamin

3. The D-Line plays like it did in the 2nd half of the year

4. Special Teams play is drastically improved

5. The secondary gels and is less vulnerable over the top on homerun (25+ yards) plays

Definitely possible, getting past the Hawks is still the main challenge. The NFC South has not improved as much as the experts claim it has, the NFC West is the Hawks stomping ground for the foreseeable future, the NFC North has the Packers who will go as far as Rodgers can carry them, and I am not sold on any team from the NFC East.

How many Super Bowls have the Colts won using that strategy with Luck and Peyton before him? How many times have they gotten blown out in the playoffs in recent memory by a certain team with a certain coach and QB with a "lack of talent" around that QB?

They've been more successful than we have, stop being a homer for two seconds
