From my understanding, the Raiders are now trading to No. 1 to

draft Breshad Perriman

Perriman just jumped Parker.  No way he will be at #25 with that 40 time.  

 

Good thing though.  That will push Parker and Strong down in our range.

One thing to keep in mind about Perriman's 40: Hand times significantly faster than electronic. Can't compare to combine. Still fast.

Breshad Perriman is Martavis Bryant. One probably got drafted

too low. The other will probably get drafted too high.

note:

Bryant went 4th R last year then averaged 54.9 receiving ypg for the Steelers, 21.1 yards per reception, and had a whopping 8 receiving TDs on only 48 targets (he caught 26 of the balls thrown his way). Then, in the Steelers' playoff game he had 9 targets, 5 catches for 61 yards, 1 TD

UCF WR Breshad Perriman had confirmed 40 times between 4.19 & 4.27 seconds; performance probably moved him to bottom 1st or top of 2nd round
