Greg Jennings Leaves Without Contract...

its possible that the panthers are weighing their options, not Jennings. They are still waiting to see what Alan Ball does possibly. They may not have the cap to sign both. They might prefer to sign Ball because they like the WR better in the draft. Who knows. They are taking this day by day. It's a process. It is what it is.

There is plenty of cap space to sign both and I don't think one affects the other. All reports have said Jennings wants to take his time and visit everywhere so I don't think him leaving is good or bad. He was never going to sign this weekend unless we made some stupid high money offer which we wouldn't. We are in the mix and he will decide on his own time.

Good update.

Also.  The other thread is 20 pages long... there is no indication in the thread title that it is a Greg Jennings Megathread.

I'd agree with some of you if the other thread was called "All Greg Jennings Talk Here"  or "Greg Jennings Mega Thread"  To basically let everyone know that all things they may have that has to do with Jennings,  goes in that thread.

Check out his 2014 highlights. He's not slow.

Average speed is the same a slow. Either you're a speedster or you're not. If he was 6'3 or taller, that would be one thing. Barely 6'0 without being lightning quick is meh.

Get Cam tall or quick receivers.

Short and slow = FAIL.

update, sorta. RT @OmarKelly: #Dolphins plan to meet with Greg Jennings, but not in a rush to sign a veteran receiver http://fw.to/OHWy1ZS

However, the team is considering selecting a receiver in the first or second round, and is in a great spot to get one of the draft's elite wide outs at pick No. 14. There's a concern a veteran receiver might become a progress stopper if he doesn't emerge as the team's No. 1 playmaker.

That might explain why the Dolphins aren't in a rush to get a deal done with Crabtree or Jennings, who are both looking for something more substantial than a one-year deal.

So Miami just doing a look-see, maybe not serious. Nice to know.
