Even Aaron Wilson, the guy who first reported it, now says it's still pending.

 

And I know what people think of Joe Person, but according to him Ball wasn't even in town yesterday so he couldn't have signed anything.

 

I still think it will happen, but preponderance of evidence says it hasn't happened yet.
