If this is true Madden will be dead. 2K5 was miles ahead of Madden 2005, and that was actually a very good Madden game. 2K would have eventually dominated if it were not for the exclusive license - in my opinion, it's still an amazing game and on par with current Madden releases.

I loved the 2k series. Would buy a xbox one just to support it again. 

 

ESPN 2K5 is still as good as any Madden game out there. That's just flat out embarrassing for EA.
