I think WR will be his first look but i think he wont look over any position we are just as likely to draft a LB as we are WR and DB or tackle. He wants good players not bodies to fill positions thats how u build depth. Im sure wr, tackle db is priority but if there is a LB or DE thats better at their respective position as the other thats who he takes. And im fine with it

Landon Collins is perhaps my choice, but he is probably gone then.

I figure 4 WRs could go in the first round--.  White, Cooper, Parker, Strong.  (Since I have DGB off our board, I hope he is drafted before Parker and Strong, but I doubt it).  There is a rather significant drop-off in talent after Strong, and I doubt we take a WR in the first round if that is the case.   I think there is a decent chance Strong is there when we pick.  There is a smaller chance Parker will be there.  I imagine Proehl spends a lot of time at Louisville and Ariz St.

On the other hand, OT does not really drop off much between those in the first round and the second round (Fisher, Williams).  Having Oher means that the OT pick is for 2016 more than 2015.  So a player like Williams, Ogbuehi, Fisher, Sambrailo, Gibson (later) etc. could be in the cards because I think there is no way Peat, Flowers, Clemmings, Erving, Collins, and Humphries all go in round 1.

We need the #2 WR for 2015 and we need the OT for 2016 (hopefully), the WR becomes the biggest need, and with the talent level before Strong is taken, the WR is the BPA.

To answer your question:  We will take a WR in the first if Strong or Parker is there.
