Williams is in his 4th NFL season, most recently with the Jaguars. A journeyman CB and WR, Williams will hope to catch on with the Panthers. Most likely, you will see him on special teams where his top end speed would be an asset. Williams has only played a single defensive snap in his career according to Ian Rapoport.

Big guy 6 foot 1 217lbs. Don't think he's ever been in a game lol. His stats said 1 reception for 51 yards. No clue what that means
