Greg Hardy not getting a warm reception ....

What actions?

The stupid kid things:  the motorcycle wreck, the 100 mph in a Bently, social media silliness (not a big deal)

Putting himself in a position where charges were brought, was tried, publicly messy, paid off primary witness, legal stuff dropped.  (Sure, he's not "legally" guilty, but he put himself in that situation.

Then there are lots of anecdotes about Hardy from the cool/funny guy at the bar who buys a round, and the moody, abrasive and kind of scary dude.

Where there's smoke, there's fire.  You don't stop the run, sack the QB or make game changing plays while on the exempt list.  But you do get paid...  Hardy made his bed with his actions and decisions, now he's paying the piper.

This doesn't make me happy as a fan of the Panthers and of the Good Greg Hardy, but "somethings are bigger than football (Dwan Edwards)."

BR is basically just a blog.  I don't see much difference between them and the speculation that comes from the Huddle pod casts and articles on the front page here.

You mean the podcast that just had two actual Panthers employees on to discuss the state of free agency? The pod that previously had Josh Norman in the studio for over an hour to talk? The pod that plays sounds from the locker room than no one else will? The pod that routinely gives first hand accounts from the field and behind the scenes?

Yeah, no credibility there, all speculation. Don't drag us down to BR level.

I hear the guy that runs that site and those podcasts is kind of a douchenozzle though

(at least that's what the mods that work for him say)

Settle down. LOL......I'm not dismissing anything you did but there is no reason for you to dismiss everyone else either.

If Hardy was just able to leave his alterego inside the clubhouse and not bring it home into his personal life he would probably be looking at a $13-15 million/yr deal. Of course the Raiders HAVE to give someone a lot of cash to meet the new CBA guidelines and Hardy may benefit for this.
