Coming from bleecherreport I would say this is agent spinn to drive up a market. If they give hardy 2 games they have to give AP the same. That's not likely IMO.

No contest to a felony versus not guilty of all charges for a misdemeanor. Not quite sure how you think the later would not receive a lesser penalty if any at all.

But these kind of cases (assault, dom abuse, etc) are seldom prosecuted if the victim (or alleged victim) do not cooperate and testify.
