The reason these teams are better is because they have better players. Save for Denver the two teams who made it to the Super Bowl drafted and developed their talent while adding effective but reasonable FA.

We are building just like those teams so your argument is dumb.

I have long believed the people that spew the same garbage about others "clamoring" for.Suh or Mike Wallace or whatever every time the suggestion of bringing in quality free agent players was just an intentionally ignorant reactionary response to try and deflect having to formulate a rational response as to why we weren't acquiring talent, but it's posts like this that make me think your "squad" of people doesnt actually understand what makes good players and what good players are and can't see beyond the top names themselves, and that growing belief is further validated by the fact that you think Denver is the only team utilizing free agency as a significant tool in what made them a great team (which is an absolutely ridiculous fallacy)

No way you're going to tell me that we can't afford a receiver with questions, but who has flashed in the past. I don't believe it and I am not going to believe it. Even last year we were willing to throw a few bucks at Nicks, and we were in a decidedly worse cap situation.

I haven't once complained about them NOT spending money. I don't care about what they do or don't spend. What I've talked about is how Bersin is garbage and Ginn's bad hands and how overrated he is as a punt returner. Don't come in here acting like either of these signings is a great thing. NEITHER is. 

 

You can find a guy off the street better than Bersin, but they won't have a chance of making the team unless they went to Wofford.

Cam doesn't throw anybody under the bus.. He backed Bell and Chandler even when they were getting him killed.. So that means nothing. .

I bet Cam didn't like the way Bersin slipped when he was the 1st option on that red zone route in Seattle. .

Serious question would Bersin be the 3rd or 4th wr for any other team who made the playoffs this year??

Bersin was good for maybe one special play per game and if he wasn't basically forced to return punts, he was bSically the least valuable player on the roster.
