Corey "Philly" Brown vs Ted Ginn

He is absolutely not getting cut. Philly Brown is good.

I would like to add the fact that I believe that Corey is being overrated up in here. Well, maybe overrated is a poor choice of words. Because he needs to work on finishing plays. He missed a few TDs passes where the ball went through his hands and he never touched it.

I like that he can put himself into a position to make the play. I am just hopeful that he can reach the point where he is making those plays. Maybe he put on some bulk this off-season. Worked on his route running, and pass catching as well. Cuz I am with everyone else. He has potential to be a pretty good WR. He just ain't quite there yet.

Philly will play, make one catch, and get hurt, just like last year.  Then Ginn comes in.

I'm big on Corey Brown and would be upset if he is cut.

Barring injury and unless we got some big time FA WR or somebody special miraculously falls to us in the draft that far down, Philly will be our number 2 WR to start the season.
