Anthony Collins was drafted 2008 by CIN in the 4th rd and did ok as a part time starter with them but bombed out big time with TB. Extensive research needs to be done by the Panthers,or another team, before they would seriously consider trying to sign him.

If we could get him on a cheap deal, would love to bring him onboard. He, Oher and early draft pick could head into camp and let the competition decide who plays, where they play and if they play.

Collins at LT and Oher at RT makes me more comfortable than the thought of Oher at LT.

The amount of money TB is eating to be rid of him makes me wary. On the other hand, if we can bring him in for cheap, more competition at our weakest position is not a bad thing at all.

Indeed. While Oher, Collins and Reammers are not pro bowl tackles they are at least they are better than Bell, Chandler and Foucault. All three could start if need be which compared to last year is a major upgrade. I mean if one starting tackle went down we had to rely on Foucault and we all know how that went. We need one more quality tackle on the roster which we probably will fill with the draft.
