Pittsburgh Steelers where he will only be playing limited snaps If that ...

Williams also has a tie to the Steelers as he and quarterbacks coach Randy Fichtner were at Memphis together when the latter was the offensive coordinator there so there is that.”

Falcons hosted free agent TE Rob Housler for a visit on Friday.

not sure if Housler left Atlanta without a contract or if the Falcons will sign him at some point.

Falcons were hosting a tight end and a safety flying for visit on Friday, so it appears as though Housler was the tight end.

Housler, 26, is a former third-round pick of the Cardinals who played out his rookie contract with the team.

Many expected him to be a break out player in recent years, but Bruce Arians has never utilized the tight end position all that much in his offense, which could be one of the reason why his production was limited last year.

In 2014, Housler appeared in 15 games and caught nine passes for 129 yards receiving for the Cardinals. Pro Football Focus has him rated as the No. 48 tight end out of 67 qualifying players.

NFL Notes: Bills, Chiefs, Raiders, Ravens, Redskins, & Texans

Bills
Bills won’t submit an offer sheet to Dolphins TE Charles Clay on Friday, but they are expected to make him an offer at some point in the near future.

Chiefs
Chiefs signed long snapper James Winchester.

Raiders
Raiders owner Mark Davis denied that they are negotiating with free agent DE Greg Hardy.

“False, falser and falsest,” Davis told Tim Kawakami of the San Jose Mercury News.  “That is not true.”

However, Davis didn’t rule out the possibility that they could sign him to a contract at some point.

“I’m not saying that, because I don’t know the details of the Hardy situation, but I’m saying that he’s somebody we are not negotiating with and I don’t believe we would be interested in at this point in time,” Davis said. “…I can tell you this: It has not been brought up to me and it would have to come to me…

“I’ve said I’d rather be right than be consistent, but in this situation, I’m going to say that consistency is the most important.”

Ravens
free agent S Ron Parker could be a “strong fit” for the Ravens.

Redskins
free agent S Ron Parker could be a “strong fit” for the Redskins.

Texans
John McClain believes the Texans will eventually sign NT Vince Wilfork, but admits he could be wrong about this.

James Dockery announced via his Twitter account Friday that he’s signed with the Oakland Raiders.

Raiders have also signed punter Steven Clark  to a contract on Friday.

Dockery, 26, signed on with the Browns as an undrafted free agent out of back in 2011. The Panthers later claimed him off of waivers in March of last year.
