Olsen and Dickson

If you think about it, Olsen and Dickson are probably top 5 in TE tandems in the league. That is huge potential for the passing offense. 

 

 

Question is... will the Panthers finally capitalize on it now that (hopefully) a TE won't have to chip a defensive end every snap?

Not individually but in concert with Olsen the combo is formidable.

Hopefully they make Shula sit in a room and watch tape from Cam's rookie year. It was his most successful year, and wouldn't you know it, he had two badass tight ends.

They didnt use Dickson until the end of the year. Hopefully they begin the next year using him and Olsen together.

It's a nice tandem but I'd still like to find an upgrade over Dickson if we can't improve our WR core.

He had plenty of opportunities early in the season. He dropped everything then.

Dickson getting looks towards the end of the season once the line/Tolbert were healthy has me at least optimistic that Shula can draw something up. We all know Cam thrived in 2 TE sets...use them, Shula.
