It's not just the offseason for the panthers, it is also the offseason for jones and person. Do yourself a favor and take notice of the panthers coverage in the offseason in the observer compared to other papers like the NY Daily New and Philly Enquirer.

A three year deal for a player that only managed 10 receptions, 115 yards, 1 touchdown? He had a least 4 drops as well. He didn't even come on strong at the end of the season, he just actually caught the ball instead of letting it bounce of his hands. I think his best game was two catches.
