To be fair though, i can see Kelly's offense wouldn't necessarily be the best choice for someone Frank Gore's age.

Gore isn't that good any more. He'll be lucky to have 1 more year left in him. Andre is decent but picking up another aging receiver to replace Reggie won't put them over the top. Their D is still trash and Luck still makes crucial mistakes.

 

Yeah, that 1106 yds on 255 carries was way down from the 1126 yds on 276 carries the year before. I'd say

Yes, let's pound our chests because we beat a team playing an arena league quality QB.  We got one helluva lucky draw in the Cardinals.  I mean, how often would a 7-9 team ever be FAVORED by most people in a playoff game?
