On a side note / 49ers FB Bruce Miller was arrested last Thursday in Santa Clara, Cal. for spousal battery. The 49ers keep on keeping on

It will be interesting to see how this situation is handled by Goodell. The way Hardy had been vilified for a year now, will the NFL and the national media attack the character of Whitey McBeardson the same way?

You guys do realize that battery means they can't even charge him with assault! This is a very weak "silicon valley" charge, trying to make up for mistakes with rays cases... he's not a wife beater , but rather a scapegoat for law enforcement... nowhere else on the planet does anyone get charged with battery, without assault charges... anywhere else this isn't even a story.. Bruce is a good guy and a niner and this shouldn't affect his status at all. If it does its nothing more than biased propaganda and bull sh**
