One other thing. What doctor would be willing to put their reputation and possible practice on the line to do this? Can you imagine the lawsuits from a doctor reporting a 1 or 2? Or if a passing grade is given to someone who pulls a Carruth? If a team hired a psychologist to do this that's one thing. The NFL doing it would be litigation suicide.
