If he's primarily a possession receiver now, we've already got that.

 

He's definitely not a speed receiver, but he is a receiver who consistently gets open anyways. He has impeccable route running and lots of shifty moves he uses from his basketball days. Very good body control.

Body control is an underrated trait in a receiver.

Come on, last season we got EXTREMELY lucky winning the NFCs at 7-8-1, people on here A. Think thats a good thing and B. They give Gettleman the credit for something that was complete luck and will NOT happen again.

 

When you play madden, do you play it with the salary cap off? Who, last year, with the infinite amount of money we had, should we have signed that would not have screwed us in the long run with a ridiculous amount of money tied up?

i was under the impression he WAS a field-stretcher with the bills, but maybe i'm remembering wrong or he's slowed down.

 

either way he would be an instant upgrade over cotchery and if we don't draft a guy at the position i'd be content with johson, ginn, an improved KB, and olsen catching passes this year.

I remember him from highlights but not well enough to make an informed judgment.

I am very happy about it, we just cant expect to coast on a sub .500 record is all, i do see us having consistently winning seasons though

It wasn't that he stretched the field with his speed, it was his ability to get open downfield. He would get 20-25 yards downfield, get open and take off so the stats could be a little deceiving.
